By accessing the p444 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the p444 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. The p444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. p444 may at any time request documentary proof of age, including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document.
The p444 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. p444 does not knowingly permit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
To participate in Real Money Play, you must register a p444 account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid payment method. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active p444 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR.

p444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it, unless you have promptly notified p444 of unauthorized access.
p444 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). p444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the p444 cashier page and are subject to change. p444 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. p444 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or GCash/PayMaya network conditions.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You must submit a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and a selfie with the ID. Failure to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
p444 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. p444 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.
p444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. The following general conditions apply to all p444 promotions unless otherwise specified:

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. p444 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions on the player's device, internet connection, or third-party game provider infrastructure.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the p444 Platform — including but not limited to the p444 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of p444 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any p444 content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, p444 shall not be liable for:
p444's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by p444's negligence.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in the account — after deduction of any amounts owed to p444 under these Terms — will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may close your p444 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and p444, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, whose decision shall be final and binding. p444 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or review process.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
